Salon policy

Booking

Each and every artist has a policy in place at the time of booking. Your artist may require a non-refundable deposit,  or if scheduling online you will be required to have a card on file, this is to help avoid any no-show's or last minute cancellations. 

No-Show / Last minute cancellation 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is important to give your beauty artist sufficient notice to avoid any inconvenience or cancellation fee. Please give your artist a 48 hour notice if you plan on canceling or rescheduling. No-Shows will be charged a percentage of their scheduled service or have deposit held. No-Show may not schedule with anyone at The Sunny Side Salon if fee is not paid.

Children

Children are welcome. To ensure a safe an relaxing enviroment for everyone, we ask all children remain seated and supervised at all times. If snacks and drinks are brought in, we kindly ask that any mess be cleaned up before leaving.

Servicing 

Each and every beauty artist has the right to end service at any time if made to feel uncomfortable or threatened, payment will be due for the entire service.
